Join us for the first of a three community event series, hosted at the VIVA studio on Sentosa on 20th September. This immersive afternoon is all about restoring your energy and reconnecting with rest.

    An intimate workshop for those moving through endings and rediscovering wholeness. Together, we will explore self-love as the foundation for new beginnings. Through reflections, grounding practices, and the power of circle, you’ll learn to meet yourself with kindness and create space for joy, confidence, and presence to return.

    Guided Dream Journey

    Led by Livy, a sleep wellness guide who specializes in sleep and cognitive function, this workshop will focus on actionable techniques to improve your nightly recovery. You will learn how to unlock a new level of clarity, creativity, and energy to drive high-impact results in your work and life. We will combine modern neuroscience with ancient wisdom to help you hack your sleep for peak performance and high impact living.

    A Dreamcatcher Workshop

    Conducted by Biek Speijk from Biekaleidoscope

    Join us for a gentle creative ritual to make your own dreamcatcher-inspired mobile, using beautiful upcycled Heveya fabric scrap material.


    This intimate session invites you to slow down, create with intention, and shape something soft and meaningful — perfect for your bedroom, nursery, or as a thoughtful gift. Along the way, I’ll guide you through simple wrapping, knotting, and layering techniques to create a one-of-a-kind piece you’ll want to hang with pride. Expect a warm, creative space filled with conversation, inspiration, and lots of beautiful materials to play with.

  • Play with color, texture, and simple handcrafting techniques.
