Our second collaborative event was themed ‘Hormonal Balance & Sleep’ which felt like a mini retreat.
Mukti shared how to use sleep as a reset button and she explained ways to end your day with sleep rituals that allow the body to restore. Participants learned how to wake up each morning feeling energised, motivated and joyful and how to carry that positivity throughout the day. Everyone received a journal from BYND Artisan and Mukti shared how journaling can be used as a tool to reduce mental clutter before bedtime. This one-hour session included positive intention setting, breathwork, guided meditation and journaling.
Katarina provided insights on nourishing your hormones through food for lasting energy. She discussed what to eat, when to eat and how this can support deep sleep, as well as how hormones impact our energy, mood and focus. The brain and your hormones are in constant conversation: your hormones effect your sleep, and your sleep effect hormone production.
