Dream Catcher Workshop

Heveya hosted a Dream Catcher Workshop with Biek from Biekaleidscope, using Heveya’s scrap fabrics.

Two baskets were filled with beautiful linen and bamboo lyocell fabrics in a variety of colours. Instead of discarding these fabrics, we had a goal: to inspire creativity, to recycle, upcycle, and give new life to old materials. A beautiful act of sustainability!

Using a special knotting technique, Biek guided participants through the process of making their own dream catchers. Many mentioned while making the dream catcher, they found themselves in a meditative state, a reminder that creativity can be deeply relaxing and good for the soul.
