The morning began with Erin from
BEAM, who led an energising Yin & Sound Experience, blending movement, mindful breath and immersive sound. Guests were guided to connect deeply with their bodies and find grounding through intentional movement on the
Heveya Meditation Mats.
This was followed by a Somatic Movement session with Layla from Soma Haus, where gentle, intuitive movement and breath helped participants release stored tension and reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom. The session encouraged awareness and restoration of inner balance.
Later, Layla also guided a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session, inviting participants into a peaceful state between wakefulness and sleep. Resting comfortably on the Meditation Mats, they experienced stillness, restoration and deep relaxation.
During the nutrition-led workshop by Karmen Tang and Chef Charly from AIR CCCC, participants explored how simple, nourishing meals can restore balance to the body and mind. As they watched and tasted the dishes being prepared, they learned how food influences energy, mood and sleep, discovering practical ways to eat and live well.
To close the day, Bella Koh from Slow School led a warm, welcoming circle that invited everyone to slow down, reflect and reconnect with themselves. Participants explored what it means to forgive, soften and open the heart, leaving with a sense of lightness, clarity and inner strength.
