The journey to self-love: and reflections to explore.



The workshop guided participants through a series of gentle reflections designed to deepen self-awareness and compassion. They explored their inner narratives, forgiveness and self-acceptance while learning to release judgment and practice understanding. Through themes of detachment, openness, giving and gratitude, Bella encouraged everyone to reconnect with themselves and embrace love from a place of wholeness.



Thank you to all the participants who felt safe to share their personal stories. It was a beautiful gathering that we closed with a short meditation led by Bella.
