Does the 100-night free trial apply to Goose Down Topper?

Our Goose Down Topper is crafted in a single, signature level of softness, so the comfort trial does not apply to them.

How do I wash my Goose Down Topper?

We recommend dry cleaning to keep the down soft and lofty. If you tumble dry at home, use a low heat setting only. Please avoid bleach and ironing, as both can damage the fabric and the filling. Regular airing in between will keep it fresh.

Is the Heveya Goose Down Toppers suitable for people with allergies?

Goose down and feathers are naturally breathable and resistant to dust mites when cared for properly, making them a good option for many sensitive sleepers. However, if you have specific allergies to down or feathers, we recommend consulting your doctor before purchase.

How can I prevent my topper from sliding, especially when used on an adjustable bed base?

Some movement can occur, particularly with an adjustable bed base as the mattress positions change. We recommend using a well-fitted mattress protector or deep-pocket fitted sheet over both the mattress and topper to keep them securely together. Periodically repositioning the topper may also be necessary.

Is it normal for loose down or feathers to come out of the Goose Down Topper, and how can this be managed?

With natural down and feather products, it is normal for an occasional feather or small amount of filling to work its way through the fabric over time. If a feather protrudes, avoid pulling it out, as this may enlarge the opening. Instead, gently massage or pull the feather back into the topper from the opposite side. Regularly fluffing and handling the topper gently will also help maintain an even distribution of the filling.

What should I do if my topper starts to sag or develops a sunken area?

Body impressions can develop as the topper conforms to regular sleeping positions. We recommend rotating or flipping the latex topper component periodically and, for down/feather toppers, giving it a thorough fluffing. If the indentation appears excessive or does not improve, please contact us with photos and purchase details so our team can assess the condition.

Is there a "smell" for our new product?

You may notice a mild natural scent when you first unpack your Heveya organic latex mattress, topper, pillow, or goose down topper. This is completely normal for natural materials (latex and goose down) and will gradually dissipate over time.

Given Singapore’s warm and humid climate, we recommend airing the products indoors in a cool, well-ventilated room. Open windows or doors to encourage cross-ventilation, and use a fan to improve air circulation. Alternatively, you can air them in an air-conditioned or dehumidified room, which is especially helpful during rainy weather.

Please avoid placing the products outdoors, under direct sunlight, or in damp environments. With proper airing, the natural scent should quickly become less noticeable.

What warranty coverage is available for Heveya toppers?

Warranty coverage depends on the specific topper purchased and the nature of the issue. If you experience a potential manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order details, photos, and a description of the issue so our team can assess the topper against the applicable warranty terms.
