Highlights from Our Inner Work Workshop with Bella Koh

In our most recent Heveya community gathering, Bella Koh, founder of Slow School, guided an intimate circle through her signature Inner Work Guidance Workshop, a space designed for gentle self-inquiry, emotional reflection, and soul-led transformation. Rooted in slowness, softness, and devotion to the self, the session offered a glimpse into the power of slowing down to reconnect with one’s inner truth, supporting personal growth.

Participants were introduced to simple yet powerful practices such as mind mapping (to bring clarity to thoughts), guided visualisation (to connect with one’s higher desires), and breath-based meditation (to ground and return to love). Bella’s approach is deeply personal, drawing from her own lived healing journey and invites each participant to meet themselves with honesty, tenderness, and compassion.

Tips for your own practice of inner peace:

  1. Begin with one slow breath and ask yourself: How do I feel right now?

  2. Use free-flow journaling or mind maps to untangle thoughts and emotions.

  3. Visualise the version of you who feels safe, seen, and loved and take one gentle step toward becoming them.
