Available as a single 3-bedroom apartment, the exclusive "Gracie & Spencer × Heveya®" concept pairs a mascot-led children's hideout with premium sleep comforts across all bedrooms. With only one apartment currently available at Great World Residences, the new experience offers families a more distinctive way to stay in Singapore.

A Home Curated for Rest

Each bedroom is fitted with the Heveya® mattress and pillow combination that best suits its occupant. Three bedrooms, three sleep set-ups, one quiet promise: you will sleep well here.

Every mattress in the apartment is made from 100% natural organic latex. They are naturally breathable, hypoallergenic and pressure-relieving, with our signature 7-zone design that supports the body where it needs it most. Each pillow has a solid organic latex core wrapped in a breathable bamboo cover, with the right shape and density chosen for the room.

Plus 1 × Heveya® Pillow #6 stored in the wardrobe — our thickest and firmest pillow for side sleepers with broad shoulders.

Master Bedroom

King-size Heveya® Organic Latex Mattress III in Firm · 2 × Pillow #2 and 2 × Pillow #5

The Heveya® III is our most luxurious mattress. Two organic latex core layers — a firm supportive base and a softer middle comfort layer — finished with an external plush soft topper for indulgent, hotel-style rest.

Pillow #2 is an ultra-plush, hotel-feel pillow that conforms gently to the neck. It is the preferred pillow for those who sleep on both their side and back. Pillow #5 has a firm feel, designed for side sleepers who want stronger spinal support. A recommended choice for side sleepers with broader shoulders, and for reducing snoring.

One Heveya® Pillow #6 is also tucked in the wardrobe. It is our thickest and firmest profile, on hand for side sleepers with shoulders broader still.

Second Bedroom

Full Double-size Heveya® Organic Latex Mattress II in Medium · 2 × Pillow #3 and 2 × Pillow #4

The Heveya® II is built on a two-layer organic latex core for balanced, progressive support. This bedroom is fitted with the medium firmness option.

Pillow #3 is a medium density ergonomic contour pillow, designed to fill the curve between neck and shoulders with a slimmer end for back and stomach sleepers and a thicker end for side sleepers. Pillow #4 is a medium density pillow, ideal for side sleepers of average build. A popular choice amongst our customers.

Kids Bedroom

Two Super Single-size Heveya® Organic Latex Mattress I in Medium · 2 × Pillow #1 and 2 × Pillow #2

The Heveya® I is the perfect mattress for children. Made for bunks, trundles and compact bedrooms, our monolayered Heveya® mattress keeps the same organic latex quality as our thicker mattresses in a slimmer profile.

Pillow #1 is the perfect thin pillow for adults who sleep on their back or stomach, and a great fit for children thanks to its low profile. Pillow #2 adds a soft, cushioned hug for kids who like a fuller pillow.

The room is a hideout of its own. Inspired by Great World Residences' mascots, it features a loft-style bunk bed, playful bedding, character touches and activity corners that give younger guests a space to rest, play and imagine. Each child also receives a welcome kit: a GWR Story Book, a GWR Blind Box, colour markers and a Great World Explorer Quest Stamp Card, inviting them to explore the residence and the neighbourhood through a sense of discovery.

While the kids settle in, parents have a Heveya® welcome kit waiting on the Master bed. Each booking includes:
